Terrific spot for fun drinks, of course, but don't overlook the food. We thought it might be more of a summer place but the winter view of the river and hills across the way is still inspiring and the vibe is friendly and upbeat. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

You don't want to miss this place! The views alone make it worth a stop but the food puts the experience over the top. I'm not usually a mid-day cocktail drinker, but the bar menu is too good to pass up. Don't sleep on the dumplings. You won't be disappointed.
