The for u program is very hard to navigate. Doesn’t help phones don’t work inside the store. You have to go to the front to get a signal. Front desk girl was of zero help also. Done with jewel and will shop at Aldi from now on

The staff at the front desk hung up on me when I complained that my delivery was short today. I paid 140.00 for 12 items. They shorted me 30.00 worth of product. This in and of itself is outrageous and off the charts. You at jewel are passing along the constant increases in cost to us the consumers. I can assure u I won't be a consumer any longer...after I get a refund.

The location will list items that are supposedly IN STOCK on the website or app but it is a lie. I literally was in the store ordering pick up items that the store had absolutely non of. Just imagine searching for products and being directed to a specific location that is claiming they have it IN STOCK, then driving out of your way to pick it up just to find out it was substituted with something not even close to what you need and then being told it may take 12 business days for the “hold” to lift. This is what this Jewel does.

This has been my neighborhood grocery store for over a decade. I understand the current state the world is in but this location just doesn't hold up anymore. They're always out of stuff at the bakery with simple items such as doughnuts. I hope they get better or I'll have to find a new place to shop that has a better selection of items.

Went into the bakery yesterday to place an order for today, for a birthday. I come here often for birthday cakes and 24hrs is all that’s needed. Someone took my order, took down details. I call today and I’m told we don’t have your order. I explained how I’d placed an order with someone behind the bakery, who gave me a copy of the order request form. The bakery associate says , “oh they’re new”. That’s it. No apology, no nothing. I’m currently scurrying to figure out another option. Frustrated to say the least.

Ignorance at its finest, I shop at this location quite often I usually do self checkout but unfortunately last night it was closed. I went to a register & the experience was incredibly unpleasant the employee was rude & just flat out ignorant. Not sure why some young people are so bitter, BUT if that's the case please don't work in customer service it's just a terrible combination.

I recently visited Jewel Osco for a quick shopping trip, and I must say, it was quite a convenient experience. One of the standout features was the affordability of the products; I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices throughout the store. However, the staff left a bit to be desired. Most of them appeared to be under the age of 21, which led to some delays, particularly when purchasing alcohol. Waiting for a manager's approval made the process slower than I'd hoped for. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall atmosphere of the store was pleasant. It had a clean and well-organized layout, which made finding items easy. The convenience of a swift and efficient shopping trip outweighed the minor hiccup with age-restricted purchases. I'd definitely consider returning to Jewel Osco for future grocery needs.

I always find everything I need at jewel. I got the 3x$15 flower deal and they personalized it for me. They flowers were beautiful and lasted a very long time. Bathrooms were very clean and cashiers were fast and friendly.
