Freaky fast? Not for me. I ordered at 1:58. Order arrived at 2:27. I called because it seemed odd it would take that long & was told “oh weird, I can tell you it won’t take that long.” When I called after the delivery I was told “oh uh, we got stacked up with deliveries.” At 2pm? I ordered the Thai chicken wrap, and once they delivered it I noticed the wrap was extremely light. I thought they gave me the wrong order at first. When I unwrapped it, it was the “Thai chicken wrap” but there was hardly anything in it. Plus no chicken whatsoever. I called Jimmy Johns right away - gearing up for a possible battle. I spoke to the manager explaining what just happened. Without hesitation this awesome person apologized and was happy to send me a new one. Mistakes happen, I get it. But good customers is rare.
