Carnitas quesadilla was ok. Very greasy. Good amount of cheese and meat, but seasoning was not to my liking. Service was not best as they had a window, and the guy was just looking at me for a minute before he opened the window. I asked if they had birria quesadilla when they are offering it in a taco, he referred me to the menu like as if I didn't already look at the menu or if I didn't know how to read. Not nice. He could have been nicer considering they had no customers, so what's your hurry like I'm bothering you. Quesadilla, if it was to my liking, should have been maybe 11 or 12, but they charge $16. I should have walked away, but I was hungry. Also if I was to eat on their picnic tables they didn't have a garbage can anywhere in sight to through away the package. The trailer looks nice and I'm sure they sell good food but my particular example wasn't. Also the sour cream was not good and the Pico de Gallo was ok at best. Just say no to the carnitas order something else

It's cold out, but the visit was worth it. The staff patiently waited for us to order, and it was ready in 5 minutes. We took home pulled pork, carnitas, and fried plantains. Delicious! I need to remember to ask for sauce on the side. We need a lot of napkins when you eat this.

Friends and family have mentioned how great the food is here,
and it's BETTER !! Easy to get to, and the guys making the food are really friendly. Pricing is reasonable and you get PLENTY of food with each order. The beef birria tacos were fantastic, and the chicken street tacos were incredible. Better than anywhere else in the area. Food is made to order, VERY high quality ingredients and is quick. DEFINITELY going back !!

My husband and I stopped here randomly on our way home and I am so glad we did. He got a pulled pork sandwich with fries. I got the birria tacos. Everything was delicious, but the tacos were life changing (not exaggerating). We're already talking about going back... the food was that good.

Really hip food truck, with some of the best Tex Mex tacos and smoked pork in NJ! The tostones (fried plantains) were perfect, the street tacos (carnitas pork) excellent. Service is friendly and the spot, although in an isolated spot in a parking lot connected to Dayton Toyota, is clean and very well kept. A local gem!
I've passed this place many times and today I decided to check this place out. I'm so glad I did the worst possible lane switch to get here and be able to explore this place.
It's so cool. They're very nice, quick and a beautiful place. I assume this place to be jam packed on a warm sunny day.
The food taste great. Got such great vibe and ambience. A lot of seating in front and the back. This is located in the huge parking lot right next to the dealership. I hope this business gain publicity it deserves. I'm so impressed by the this place.

Baja Fish Tacos
This was some of the best pulled pork I've ever had. Not covered in sauce, great veggies mixed in.. 10/10. I loved the waffle fries! Well seasoned. The quesadilla was great too! Can't wait to stop by again!
I might try the chilli dogs too. You can tell they take pride in what they make. If you like Tex-mex stop by, if you like food.. stop by.
I was driving down Rt 130 when I saw Johnny Rippas. I thought this place will either have great food or the worst.

The tacos were smaller than I thought but WOW, they tasted great! The tostones were wonderful. The price was higher than I wanted to pay but damn if it's not worth the money. I will be back.

Just stopped by here today on a rainy Friday after continuing to drive past this Taco Stand over the last few months, and man, I was VERY impressed. At first I was so confused as to why there was a Taco stand next to Dayton Toyota, but after today I won't be questioning that anymore, and will instead be very thankful. By far some of the best Tacos I've had in New Jersey period. I'll go as far as to say I liked these Tacos better than some places in Los Angeles. The portion sizes were generous, the food quality was A1, and the service was awesome, with super friendly and amiable owners. I will definitely be making this a weekly trip for sure!
