This diner is a hidden gem. I've visited a few times, and I've never had anything bad on the extensive menu and great service. It's a diner, so don't compare to a larger sports bar or anything. But the establishment is clean and accommodating. Again, there are no complaints here. I wish more places had this quality of service & food. I was disappointed, esp since I saw the good reviews. This was ok for me. The coffee was terrible. They need to use Folgers & provide flavored creamers. The food was just meh. I got the papas con juevo. The beans, egg and potato were flavorless. I had to douse them in salt & pepper, salsa, and even ketchup to give it flavor. We probably won't be back. Fix your coffee! Visited this past Sunday because my usual breakfast spot was also busy with a long hour wait. Was pleasantly surprised by this wonderful little cafe that’s been around for ages. Chicken fried steak (I’ve been here before breakfast is good at as well) was awesome but, the staff was a bit overwhelmed by the crowds of the first beautiful spring day we’ve had.
