Nothing but good things to say about Kate's Dominican cakes, the best customer service and the best Dominican cake I've ever had in the United States:) this is my second cake with her and I told her to do her magic with the decoration and she exceeded my expectations. Both cakes were beautiful and the tasty, highly recomend her:)))))

Tenía días añorando un bizcocho dominicano. Pero solo quería un pedazo. Por lo que encontré este nuevo negocio. Ademas de bonita la presentación, el bizcocho es una ricura. Será mi para técnica cada vez que visite Palm Bay! Recomendado!! Gracias por los suspiritos estaban muy ricos tambien!! Exitos!
I had days wishing for a Dominican cake. But I only wanted a piece. So I found this new business. In addition to the beautiful presentation, the cake is delicious. It will be my go to bakery every time I visit Palm Bay! Recommended!! Thanks for the Suspiritos, they were very tasty too!!

Omg I was transported back to my hometown in Dominican Republic when I had a slice of cake from Katy’s Bake and Flake from my niece’s Birthday. She is super friendly but the winners were my tastebuds because THAT flavor!!!! Wow. Definitely ordering from her for MY Birthday.
The texture of the cake is so smooth and not overly sweet. Which made me enjoyed it even more. It was just perfectly delicious!
I normally don’t leave reviews but when the Place deserves it…it deserves it!
