When in doubt about what to eat, Kathmandu always hits the spot. Whether it’s lunch buffet, take out or dining in for a nice dinner, this place always delivers. The restaurant is clean, the wait staff is always friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience. If you’re in the mood for Indian food, do yourself a favor and try this place. Service here was excellent! The hostess was kind and intentional. She made us feel welcome and greeted us with smiles. The food was excellent. We ordered the buffet which is open from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The following are pictures of each buffet dish available.

I enjoyed my food. I ordered the mixed Nann basket and couldn't tell which one was garlic, but they still tasted good. It isn't fancy and is in a small shopping strip, so I was surprised to find it. I would recommend it and will go again to try a few more things on the menu. Chicken Masala was good. Mixed curry had lamb or Goat....not sure....but meat needed to be tenderize more. Came here to try some yummy Indian and Nepalese food. I had the chicken tikka masala, chicken chili, and garlic naan. All very was good! You can order your dishes ranging from Mild-extra hot. Got takeout based on the relatively good reviews. Although in my opinion, the food was a long way from good. The flavours were bland and despite ordering different dishes, they tasted the same and lacked any kind of spice (despite ordering both spicy).

Oh man is this place good!!! Get the goat. I've had some good goat. I've MADE some good goat. But THIS goat is tender and perfect. The sauce for the Himalayan grill special should go on everything you ever eat from here on out. The carrot halwa is delicate and perfectly spiced. The naan is chewy and amazing.

Had the lunch buffet on a Sunday. The selection was really good, all dishes were warm and they were very flavorful. We've been looking for a good Indian place since moving here so we're glad we gave this place a shot! ***UPDATE we wanted some SPICY food. They asked us spice level and we said hot!
