While we have very happily shopped here for food for a couple years, we had not tried ordering from the lunch counter - it was terrific. Simple - and you eat out of plastic containers - but we loved our meal and we overheard a few young people nearby, we must assume who were Nepalese, say that this place smelled like home! and was the best food since they'd had since they had been home. It was delicious to us!
Absolutely amazing!!!
Edit-Always my number 1. The best spot in concord and the best Nepali food I have had in New England. Super friendly staff, great interesting environment and items. Always a changing stock of all types of ethnic food. If you go anywhere in concord, go here atleast once. 6 out of 5 stars.
Edit2- still go here sometimes but the new cook is not nearly as good and the prices went up dramatically.
I was so surprised when I went into this store!! How cool!! There is so many cool things inside the market and even has a Indian RESTERAUNT! U must try ?!!!
They have most the items I'm often looking for. Staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have time, order some food while your shopping at the restaurant located in the back, you won't be disappointed. Hidden jem.
Great lunch from the restaurant in the back of the store. Quick friendly service, large portions and delicious. We got samosa char, fried rice, thukpa, and mono.
Perfect store that had everything I needed for the Indian dishes I make. The lady at the counter was super nice and helpful too! They have a little counter in the back with a small menu. The food is fresh and amazing
I love this store! They always have very beautiful god posters and nice incense! I love how they have a great abundance of cultural items. Speaking of culture, the restaurant is fantastic! THE BEST PART IS, I purchased a new altar box(sanctum) for my Krishna, here. It's very beautiful!
