Num. Num. Num Haven't been in this space since 2009 I must admit I really liked it a lot more of this time with new owners. However, no cash. Cards only. I wanted to have a special night out. Some really popping flavors and I started trying to get over to one of my favorite sushi places and it was closed. So then I popped over to katsu burger after I tried looking at chops across the parking lot but it's burritos and I wasn't in the mood. I read the katsu burger reviews and drove across the parking lot because this review said ' loved seaweed fries'. I thought 'I'm in'. So I got inside the door and I immediately asked the two gentlemen what they recommend and they said that any katsu burger or the teriyaki sauce burger and I chose the one with curry sauce and subbed cheddar for American cheese and no tomkatsu sauce. the aroma, when it came, was so awesomely curry but taste was not as strong as I was expecting. So I went back and got another sauce of curry and decided to try the honey mustard, the nori ranch and the Japanese mayo along with a nori seaweed fries, which are excellent. Excellent meal all told. Thanks Simon, I loved it. Hot, crispy so got to eat it right away. Hot and crunchy is just the best way to experience this food. The katsu was perfectly cooked. Good job Simon. Golden crispy and flavorful. Easy to bite into the fresh veggies . just a real treat. Every bite seems like it highlighted a different flavor . You know, the red onions, that crispy lettuce slaw, sauce, with the breaded pork. I took the pickles out but boy I sure had a lot of fun with the house made sauces. So I recommend you get a variety of sauces and try them all out. The curry was my favorite, especially when paired with a honey mustard. I got the nori ranch but it was ranch with seaweed flakes in it so that was kind of normal. But the Japanese mayo is melting your mouth and I really like the honey mustard. Thank you Ad, for your advice and service. the honey, mustard, and curry sauces are my favorites, but I just really liked them all. I got just the home made sauces, unique to here. So I'm glad I had an opportunity to taste test it and there's just a ton of fries and I was starving. Hadn't had anything to eat today except a piece of bread and some coffee but I tell you this was a meal and a half. I had the Godzilla Attack burger with regular sea salt fries. The burger claims to be spicy but it really isn't even with the jalapenos and supposedly spicy mayo. It does taste pretty good though with a nice sauce and is a decent portion but it is on the more expensive side for a burger. The fries are just ok but not worth the price. It may be better with more seasoning like with nori but still not really worth the price. If I came here again, I would just get the burger alone since that is already pricy. I also had an upset stomach later that night after eating this. Service was ok but could've been better. love the burgers, so good, but oh so messy. Get the nori seaweed fries, amazing. Service always seems a but rushed, but it’s understandable. Overall, pretty good. Been going to Katsu Burger for years now and figured I finally give it a review. Today I decided to try out a new burger, the Kanna Akuma. It was a katsu chicken with honey and some jalapeno peppers. Sounded like a nice combo of sweet and spicy. Overall, it was pretty solid! Definitely give Katsu Burger if you haven’t already. Way better than the other nearby burger joints. This Tokyo Katzu burger was delicious. The breaded patty was crispy. The flavor was what you'd expect from a Japanese burger diner. I will go back and trY another burger entree. The counter attendant was also attentive and nice. KUDOS 🙏🙏🙏👍🙏🙏🙏 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I'd have to say this was one of the best burgers I've had in a really long time! No disappointments here! I'll be back for more for sure. Loved the fries with seaweed and the chocolate milkshake too! I am glad I tried this Katsu Burger in Lynwood on my way back to Vancouver from Seattle. I have been wanting to try it since last year! My husband and I ordered a Tokyo tower and Katsu curry burger with combo. They were excellent. We loved them. The Tokyo tower has two Katsu patties. We ordered fries with nori and 12 spices. Yummy!!! Too bad I couldn’t be greedy to try more lol each burger was very big that we couldn’t finish it and we had to pack them home. There is a big parking lot outside the restaurant. Don’t need to worry about parking at all. There are also pops and Calpico (Japanese beverages) for drinks. Many beverage options. Customers must be able to find what they like to eat and drink here for sure! Food here is so flavorful with spices. We had Godzilla Burger. Curry Mayo sauce is too good. They have good number of Vegetarian options with Tofu patty or Beyond Patty. Lots of great burger choices. Service was quick and friendly. Ambience is decent. There was no crowd on a Saturday evening. Restaurant is in very good location close to Alderwood mall in Lynnwood. We tried Curry Katsu burger, Tokyo Classic burger 🍔 and Nori fries 🍟 with mayo sauce. Wow.. It fills up your stomach with tasty happiness. Happy to find a good place like this! Gotta give this place props for doing something different. Never had deep fried beef and never thought about cooking it that way. But how could I not try it? It wasn’t as red in the middle as I like but the taste was definitely good and new. The pineapple on the Samurai Select wasn’t very flavorful, pretty dull actually. It was mostly there to give the burger a little more moisture I think. The banzai bites were also a little dry but the different sauces and all the flavors made up for that. Just dunk those bad boys all the way in and enjoy all the flavors. Can’t wait to go back and try one of their premium burgers.
