I have a sneaking suspicion, this place is much better in the summer, as it is on the waterfront The night I was there was in November, It was an interesting crowd, drinking and chatting, and not much interested in the band playing blues that night. I suspect most on the patterns are locals, or employed by the refinery, which surrounds the neighborhood, and the venue. Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped by for a quick beer and to see the view. The beer is good, and the service is superb. Dana is friendly and prompt. It's hard to come by a good bartender, but she made us feel more than welcomed. We had the crab artichoke dip. It is fresh and tasty. They have great special and the view is peaceful.
