I got a colonel home style brownie I thought it would be warm and gooey but instead it was cold I called KFC they said they come cold and frozen that don’t even make since and they said you have let it sit out and thaw or put it in the microwave that don’t make since for fast food Service Take out Meal type Dinner

I placed an online order for 3 family meals to feed the crew on our jobsite. They had over an hour to prepare it from the time I ordered to the scheduled pickup time. When I arrived I was told the order just came through and I have to wait another 45 minutes. Chicken strips are half decent but priced too high for what you get. I've ordered chicken strip meals as well as just chicken strips and it's almost more expensive to just get the chicken strips. The pot pies are my favorite but the last 4 times I've been there (varying times) they tell us they are out of pot pies. Im not sure why a fast food restaurant is consistently "out of" things that they offer on their menu. Service was also incredibly slow for being fast food. Continuously out of menu items... One day we were told they were out of chicken. How does a chicken place run out of chicken??? And when they do have the items you order they've sat under a heat lamp and been over cooked. And don't use the number or email on the slip....
