If you happen to be near McLaughlin Gardens, you can visit this fast food. People may have nicely cooked biscuits at KFC. Visitors don't like fried chicken at this place. Waited for over five minutes for someone to take my order, they did not put cheese sauce on my smashed bowl and it was cold. The location needs cleaning and updating, every single booth is ripped and the pictures all have spit balls stuck to them. I don't think the windows have been washed since it opened. Don't waste your time ordering from here. Placed my order in the app, it said that my order would be ready at 1:35. Went to pick up the order and not only was it not ready, there was no bone in chicken cooked. Asked for the manager and a refund, he wouldn't even come talk to me. Place was filthy, and the "cook" who wasn't cooking looked stoned out of his mind. We left empty handed and irate after waiting 40 minutes for food that clearly wasn't coming. Every time we go there, there is refusal for a receipt and half the time there are three or more missing items. And then half the food is cold. The manager there is a joke or whomever said they were in charge I see online there is nothing but an absolute string of nothing but reviews of the same experience I am having and I have no idea why corporate hasn’t taken botice of the fact they’re robbing people food, not giving them a receipt so they have no proof for the food that they paid for. It’s shameful that since the Taco Bell half left that location it’s gone straight into the toilet with service, food quality and the atmosphere is a lot to deal with. The workers don’t look clean or presentable. And the fact our Mac n cheese was two different colors which means it previously sat out and wasn’t even a small it was in a gravy dish. So ridiculous and you can’t get a refund either because again no freaking receipt. The new fries are pretty good, this location specifically does a good job getting you hot ones! The place could use a little sprucing up but that's on ownership... also it's not a TB hybrid so no chalupas. Every time I order from (at night; during the day it's okay) here I get literal slop. The chicken is almost always undercooked and soaking wet so the skin sloughs off. The sides are cold. This time the biscuits weren't even cooked, they were still doughy. They barely even listen to me when I order and I have to repeat myself multiple times. Employees were polite, food was standard, place was filthy though. Even through the drive through you could see wrappers, chicken, crud, other random food droppings all over the floor. The food is good when they get your orders right. They almost always "forget" the sauce, butter, or biscuit. Sometimes they will screw up your order entirely.
