Try good fried chicken and nicely cooked sandwiches that are proposed at this fast food. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer tasty biscuits here. The only thing that disappoints when you visit KFC is the pleasant staff. A number of visitors suppose that the service is professional. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are democratic. Picked up our order through the drive-through on the way home from picking up our grandkids. We live an hour away. We didn't check the order and were missing the kids' chicken tenders. Called the company, and they said they would tell who they needed to and we'd hear back. It's been a week, and no one has called or put the $15.00 back in our account. KFC is getting as bad as McDonald's. They always get the order wrong, forget part of the order, and charge way too much Food: 4 Service: 1

I came through the drive-through and ordered a bucket of chicken they told me they didn't have enough and would have to mix it with extra crispy to fulfill my order. What ever happened to just cooking more chicken? When I pay for something, I usually expect what I'm trying to order. But since I drove 25 minutes, I took what they could give me. The crispy chicken was crispy, at least. I can't say the same for the original. The last few times I've eaten here, the original seemed kind of soggy or slightly undercooked. I don't know if they're pulling their chicken too early in the pressure cookers or the temperature is off, but they might want to check this out. Sometimes when the food is mediocre and the service is great it makes the food better. I cannot remember the name of the girl who took our order and was at the window but she was so friendly. She was blonde and younger. It's better than that other girl who is usually taking orders in the late evening hours. I hope her kindness takes over!! Went through drive through and the woman in the drive through was very rude. I was listening to rap music in my car and when she slammed her window shut I heard her say the n word. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a spicy chicken + nugget box then got to the window and paid for the meal. Then the woman at window then told us they were out of what I ordered. I asked to substitute and she refused. She said since she had already run me up she couldn’t change anything. But didn’t not mention they were out of what I had ordered before ringing me up. Typically don’t leave poor reviews as to I understand how hard the restaurant business is. However this was inexcusable. Food was cold, took twenty minutes after ordering to receive food, order was wrong, and when I went to try to correct the order it took forever for anyone to acknowledge me and the rest of my party had already finish their “food” by the time I sat back down. Manager or who I’m assuming was the manager wasn’t very helpful or nice to say the least. Will take a long while before i can patronize this location again.

Ordered thru doordash last night and they totally messed up my order. They didn't give me my 1/2 gallon beverage bag, I was suppose to get 6 biscuits with my chicken bucket and I got none and then I was suppose to get 12 pieces of chicken and only got 9 because they put no legs into bucket. This place needs to get a new manager and employees that know what they are doing. You never know what to expect from them because one time everything is great and the food is good and then the next time they forget half your order and food is good that you got and then the next time the chicken might be so hard it's inedible basically.
