Glad to see nothing has changed. Everytime I go to this location something is wrong. This time they have no lights for the menu board. I was in the drive through and left because I couldn’t see what I was ordering. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

KFC is a comfort food. I don’t indulge it often, but I sure enjoy the occasional lunch here. Today I came with some work, and settled in for an hour or so with my laptop. So I was able to observe the atmosphere and employees, and even an interview happen. I was very impressed. Employees: kind, calm, and committed. They take this job seriously. And fast, even during rush. Atmosphere: clean and cared-for. Food: what I come to expect: delicious. Man…those biscuits! The Moscow, Idaho location is doing it right!
