I waited for more than 20 Minutes for a bucket and a burger. Then I had 10 minutes for icecream and biscuits. The speed is unacceptable and the restaurant including toilet isn’t clean. Asked for ice tea but they gave me cola. Added 4 more fries without asking. No napkin given. Personnel unfriendly. Fries are ice cold. Worst KFC I have ever seen Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

This in my opinion is criminal and unfair! It seems KFC management think shutting off heating system at the inconvenience of we, the customers is okay! Lately the place has been totally freezing! Families with little kids were even warming their hands with their breath as they wait on their orders! Terrible place! The tables and the floor are very dirty! Some of the displays for accepting orders do not work! We waited 40 minutes for our order! This is a disaster for fast food! The team is super slow and doesn't even try to speed up smth! The team in the kitchen has the dirty uniform!Employees poured cola twice, once for visitors, and this employee went on working without any remorse and with a smile on her face. After 8 hours of driving, we thought that fast food was something that was going to recover our energy. What disappoint 😞 The environment, the service, all the place was disgusting. 8PM and it was like showing on the pictures.
