Great atmosphere and service! Very cozy place to stop by! However, the food was not so welcoming, the famous "kubete" pie was small in comparison to the price, not a lot of filling and kinda dry inside, as for the soup of the day - delicious! Stopped at this cute Lithuanian cafe on the way to the castle and had a authentic breakfast. The food was fantastic, the waitress was nice and it was a perfect start to the day before heading to the castle. I would highly recommend to anyone on their stop to or from the castle. Cozy place to enjoy a meal or a dessert in Trakai! 😊The service was good, the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, the food itself was okay, nothing very special, but it's not bad 😋 beautiful view of a lake just across the street ! Overall, I would visit again 😊

It has already become an established tradition, that when we are in Trakai, we always go to Kiubete for a delicious dinner with family and friends. A genuine traditional karaim cuisine, which guarantees understanding of its main „ingredients“ and provides a true experience. Also Lithuanian dishes are of the highest standard. It sounds banal, but the garlic-cheese rusks (breads) are here the best in whole of Lithuania. Based on some 20 various places through the last couple of years. So it‘s definitely a must! Also the summer sunset views are fantastic: the place is pleasant for both stomach and soul. And if you want some socialising talk to the owner. Her name is Ingrida and she knows everything about Trakai and almost everyone there.

Pie is decent. I think it has a bit too much pastry to filling ratio. Atmosphere is pleasant. The desert and coffee were quite good.

It is a good walk from Trakai castle. The restaurant is very cosy and serve local food. Staff are so kind and keen to support tourists. We are informed in advanced that the food will take bit time since they serve fresh. It was not disappointed :) Food is great and it is totally cheap.
