I bought three pieces of knafe $21 total. They charge me five dollars credit card fee which is way too much. there were no sign it showing they have service charge Whats karak tea i didt ask for it at all ??? Read will i didnt ask for karak tea and I don’t know what’s that mean how come you charge me seven dollars for it Worst customer service at all owner of the place he forgot what sorry mean if you read the bad review, he doesn’t say sorry for any of them. Everyone complain about cheap ingredient and customer service. You need to know customer service on the top of your business if you care about your business.

The best Knafeh on the West coast. We ordered a 16’, the owner prepared it fresh and cooked it for us. We took it home and heated for our guests! It was delicious. While waiting for the Knafeh I ordered a Chai Karak and a hareeseh with pistachio, must try if you haven’t already!
