Great ambiance, nice and warm inside. Service wasn't fast, plus it felt like we were inconveniencing the employees. But that's not the reason for the bad review, the hot chocolate was awful. It was so incredibly hot that we all burned our tongues. I think they used boiling water- it took nearly 10 minutes to cool enough to choke it down. And on top of that, it was so watered down that it only tasted like hot water with a slight Choco residue. I wish I could have taken back this visit and gone somewhere else. The burger, I believe Santas village cheese burger is what it was called was delicious and the fries that came with the burger were great friend of mine ordered the chicken sandwiche thinking was called prancer something. I did get a appetizer basket of fries skypark style which had cheese and onions on them, the name of the fries were something related to Christmas. First time at Skypark Bike Park and it was so much fun the food was great too.

Drove 45 min for an espresso only to find out that to get it we have to pay $58 access fee :-( Of course we didn’t and instead drove 10 more mins to lake arrowhead for an awesome view
