This location has really gone down hill the last several months to a point we will be shopping else where. First let me say, I attempted to fill out Kroger's satisfaction survey on-line for an appropriate outlet for dissatisfaction with this particular store but the first question does not have the option of clicking yes/no so it is impossible to continue the survey. Over the last 4 months of weekly shopping trips the following have not been isolated events: no shopping carts in store requiring an additional trip to the parking lot to retrieve one, empty shelves not stocked requiring a trip to another grocer (particularly the meat department), one check out lane open during peak Saturday shopping (once no lanes open except self checkout), bagging own groceries twice in the last month, stocking during peak shopping blocking several isles adding to the frustration of already crowded isles. Let me say, I'm not above bringing in my own cart and bagging my own groceries but this kind of self service is expected at Aldi's where their grocery prices reflect this. Not at Kroger.
