Non è la prima volta che andiamo a pranzare da Kruh in Vino ,progetto parallelo dello chef stellato Tomac Kavciv. Come sempre una certezza . Ottima qualità di un menù , che propone tipici della regionalita . Ottima carta dei vini ,con numerosi produttori locali. Flavia e Ana , gestiscono la sala con sapienza , attente al particolare e sempre disponibili alle richieste degli avventori. La Villa , troneggia , su uno dei primi colli della frazione slovena , dimora elegante , ristrutturata da alcuni anni che offre anche alcune camere .Ottima esperienza,come sempre . Un'esperienza di serenità saggiamente gestita dalla sempre perfetta Flavia. I punti di forza sono certamente le coccole discrete del personale, la scelta delle materie prime ricercate con passione nel proprio territorio, la semplice ma affascinante presentazione dei piatti che prende sempre spunto dal passato. Sapori intensi e location deliziosa completano quella che è stata una bella serata dove sono riuscito rilassarmi, come fossi a cena a casa di un buon amico.
