Food is good if you like Krystals. Service is lacking especially if they are busy. They've had a sign on their drink refill station that reads "temporarily closed.". It's been that way for over a year. If they are busy, you are much better off going through the drive thru. Apparently, they put a priority on that versus people standing in the restaurant. In fact, if you want to eat inside, you are still better off going through the drive thru and then taking your food inside to eat. I got a sackful and asked for half with no onions due to an allergy. We received half with still quite a bit of onions and half with an extreme amount of onions. The worst part was that all the burgers were literally smashed into the boxed to a point of no return. We can barely even eat them. My kids were even disgusted with how awful they looked. I couldn’t take it back as we were in a rush to get to a birthday party. I can’t believe I paid $30 for that. I learned my lesson the hard way. Do better please. Came back to edit my review because I went today (10/5/22) and the lady at the drive through window was so sweet. She was polite, kind, and even complimented my dog which is the way to my heart! I would come back just to see her. They are busy and understaffed, but my order was correct and delicious! I appreciate them and their hard work!
