Came for lunch at 1:20 PM. Restaurant is, according to the sign, open from 7 AM until 1:45 PM. They refused service anyway... shame

js disgusting. There was literal feces in the toilets in WOMENS bathroom. I went and told the worker and he says “Well its not your home its for everyone” Well im sorry but you can clean your bathrooms. Thats js ridiculous. Dont come here!!

Small "homestyle" place that was amazing. Ladies were all super nice. My grandfather and I got the cheeseburgers with curly fries. Fries were crunchy, burgers were excellent. We kept seeing all the local construction guys come in, so you know it's good food for a good price.

to start the food here is very good they have very good breakfasts, The attention of the workers is very good, the problem and it is serious is the great stench of food and cooking oil that adheres to one's clothes in the hair everywhere. It seems that the kitchen extractor does not work , they say yes but it is a horrendous smell of grease and food when you leave that place ..

Well hate to say but people that running the need to go just the stick her finger in someone plate to take out a piece of egg shell gross the cook looks dirty shirt all dirty full food.... where is Sylvia &Ms sherry....freaking gross people

Breakfast is great, I really enjoy eating here. Always a place to stop and eat when I’m passing by. Great staff too.

When we arrived here to the gas station I was hoping to pick up something good to eat for Gilbert not just fried burritos or something like that. I took him straight into Kuntry Kitchen to sit down at bar. There's no rush here. Gibert went to wash up and I gave Melissa our order. The lady's here are busy doing the cooking, everything looks good and fresh.. Very HomeStyle. Breakfast was being served. Gilbert wanted a burger all the way with no extras. He hadn't eaten in a long while. He had to leave home with no money no phone. This is a good little place to take a break from a long drive or walk to sit eat and rest. They have plenty of space here in their dining room for many travelers. I picked up Gilbert walking on 281/37 just before 1099, Exit 88. He had been walking for 3 days from Alice Tx on 281, was put in jail Christmas Eve, got out Tuesday went home to grab 1 bag to head to SA to start a new life at moms in Forestville Tx. He had walked about 73 miles when I picked him up. 5 miles 1 pastor gave him a ride. I was traveling from Corpus Christi on 37. 281 & 37 connect so he was about 17 miles from that connect point. He's feet he said we're very blistered. He had been beating himself up mentally while walking, saying he deserved this.. it was payment for the mess he caused. His birthday is 8.24. Same day as my grandpa's. Funny thing I was just thing of this grandpa on Monday. He was born, raised and died in Alice Tx. His travel stick had a ✌️sign. 💜❤️ p.s. after being in my car for while he said open the window to let the Bee out. I did. But then there was another🐝🐝. When we walked out of Kuntry Kitchen there was another 🐝 that ZooMed in front of Me. I had looked at TOBE.. thinking To Bee this morning b4 leaving home. So the Beez showed up. 🤣🤣🐝🐝

Left about 5 minutes ago. Stopped for gas when I saw the sign that read “Try our famous burgers.” So I parked my car, went inside to try the burger. The menu said “Ask for our famous sauce.” So far this little, he in the wall diner has hyped themselves up. Best burger I ever had. I know where I’ll eating when I’m on the road!
