The pizzas are good, great flavours, and portions. The entrees and desserts are a bit an after thought however in flavour. But it's not a big deal since you still get full from the main dish. The service definitely needs work since you are constantly waiting for someone throughout every phase of the processes. The atmosphere is nice, you can have a nice pleasant conversation between each other and not feel crammed between tables. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

My anticipated evening at La Base Pizzeria, meant to be a delightful dining experience with someone I care about, turned into a mixed bag of emotions. The Neapolitan pizza shone with its deliciousness, but disappointments overshadowed our visit. Despite having a reservation, we were denied a window table, and the absence of previously available alcohol-free beer was unexpected. Dim lighting added to the challenges of enjoying our meal. Frustration peaked when witnessing unreserved individuals being offered a window table while we were not. Despite these hiccups, the allure of La Base Pizzeria's pizza might still tempt me back for another try, hoping for a smoother overall experience. I was world shattering. One of the best pizza places in that street! Ask for the three mushroom pizza, it’s not on the menu and it’s pretty good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person €20–30 Recommended dishes Pizza of the Month

It`s a great pizza, one of the best around, but from AVPN certified place you can expect pure perfection (I wish the dough was cold-proofed). Anyhow, no disappointment at all, if you like good pizza it`s definitely a place to go!

Amazing Italian pizza, almost like in Naples...pizza is really good and the location (the hearth of Weesp) is simply lovely, especially now with the Christmas lights on the canals. Incredible that to taste one of the best pizzas in The Netherlands you need to go to this little lovely village just outside Amsterdam. And in the end it is even better that the place is located outside Amsterdam because parking is very easy (and cheap) and the prices of the dinner for the family is also just above Italian standard...

Best pizza I tried in the Netherlands so far. The place seems very fools to dinner, so might be best to make a reservation. Definitely recommend. Tiramisu has a bit too much rum for my taste though.
