Tried the food and I wasn't impressed. Very plain. Not only was the food plain but while I was there I heard him talking to a guy about the roach problem they have and the company he called was "too expensive." If you're a business owner that carries food, pest control should be a priority. It's truly disgusting. Plus the customer service sucks!

The food is very delicious. I always get some tacos and pozole. This place really reminds me of my grandma’s cooking so even though I live far away, I always try to make the drive to come eat here as much as I can. I really think this place is underrated and deserves a lot more attention.

I was so excited to try this place and it did not disappoint. Very much not glamorous on the inside but very much delicious food. The salsa was amazing. I had and chicken tostada and beef tamales and they were delicious even left over. Really good prices too. Not sure if he advertises this but he did let me call ahead to order.

Was looking forward to making a restaurant my go to, but was quite disappointed with the service and the food. What made it worse was seeing a roach crawl right in front of me in broad day light, lost my appetite.

I'd classify this as a "dive" and I mean that in the best possible way. The food here is amazing. I'm a firm believer in if food tastes good, it is good. I know many people eat with their eyes, and their surroundings are taken into account when they have a meal. Those people wont like this place. But the person who eats for flavor and texture and smell. (not looks) will find the food here to be 100% on point.

Excellent breakfast and some really good lunch options, especially the chicken tostada. Price is right and usually very quick and friendly service. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the food is great.

The food is great from breakfast to dinner! I love the Pozole!!! The people are always helpful and friendly! They show appreciation to customers and that means alot!! I highly recommend this store! Try the breakfast it's great!!!

I was worried that there wouldn't be good Mexican food here when I moved from San Diego, California...This food is on par with what you will find at some of the best Mexican food eateries in Southern California...Being a cook myself, I can appreciate inexpensive good food...There is nothing more dissapointing than paying through the nose for less than average food...I didn't come here because it looked nice...That's what Taco Bueno is for...I came to this spot because it looked good, and it was much better than I expected.
