Wonderful service! My wife and I cane here for our anniversary, and the food was excellent! I loved their mussels marinara! Our server, Will, was very attentive to our needs and went out of his way to make sure our dining experience was ideal. Our table was a bit wobbly, which he noticed, so he came back with something to put under the table leg to stop the wobbling without us asking. Atmosphere is what you'd expect at an Italian family restaurant: loud from conversation among patrons of larger table sizes. Some may not like this experience while dining, but for me, it brought me back to Sunday dinners at my grandparents' in Philly! Many staff members make it a point to chat with you to make you feel right at home! Parking can be a bit tight, but not too terrible as long as you take your time getting out. This place is very popular so be sure to make a reservation. Overall I enjoyed dining here and will definitely come back!

Birthday dinner for mom and it was very enjoyable. I credit our waiter for excellent service, good meal suggestions and a beautiful bow tie! Mushroom soup very good. 2 Massimo chickens - nice, one special with scallops and shrimp and can't recall the last. As mom said, delicious sauces make the meal. We were told we could bring dessert since moms fav is coconut cream pie, and they assisted with plates around. Ordered cannolis for those that don't like coconut, and they weren't bad but would not order again: 3 teeny cannolis on each plate which were hollow in the middle and only cream at the ends, then topped with whipped cream and what appeared to be Hersheys chocolate sauce. All in all I have to say, a very cheery, helpful and attentive waiter made the night special.

I attended dinner with family, a party of six. The restaurant has a comfortable feel with attentive service. I had minestrone soup as an appetizer, followed by ravioli with a side of meatball. The soup was very good, and the ravioli was fresh, delicious, and filling. Everyone at my table had a pasta dish with either veal or chicken, and everyone was happy. The food is truly delicious and worth another visit.
The above entry was from the holiday season. Most recently, my love and I dined for Valentine's Day. The restaurant was busy, but since we had reservations, we were seated within 5 minutes. We were seated understandingly at a table for 2, but it was at the entrance to one of the rooms, and so I asked if by chance there was a table further into the room. Due to the busy night, they apologized, and so we were about to take our coats off and sit. The waiter had heard our request and immediately offered us a better table. We were thankful for the attention to detail. We had a lovely evening together. I had a shrimp cocktail appetizer and my favorite ravioli dish. My lady had the artichoke appetizer (which she loves) and the crab dish. All fresh, and delicious. At the end of our meal, the waiter brought over a rose for the lady, as is their custom. A very nice meal, with what seems like special attention. But at LaLaconda, they always seem to do it right. Thank you!

Be warned, keep your receipt and check your credit card charge because they won’t match! !!!The waitress or someone in the restaurant manually added extra $10 dollars on the tips, what a joke! This is a pure fraud, I am sooo surprised for a such highly rated restaurant to scam people like this.
Just to update for what I have been through with this restaurant: I called in Monday after I found out they overly charged me, and I was told that they are too busy, and I need to give them a call back on Wednesday. I have asked them to talk to the server and gave me a call back on Wednesday, and left my phone number. Feb 14th(Wednesday), patiently waited for an explanation from the restaurant, and got nothing, no call no explanations or anything. I gave them a call today at Feb 15th, the manager looked into the bill and told me this is a mistake they charged my $18.7 as the tip instead of $8.7, and refunded me $10. Since I have contacted my credit card company on Feb 12 to open investigation, and I was asked to contact the restaurant and obtain the receipt, so I have asked for the receipt because I am also very curious to see how this is even possible to mistake it for $18.7 instead of $8.7, manager refused to provide me the receipt and told me that they can only provide it to the credit card company. So now you see what to avoid, save your money and time because they could easily ruin your anniversary and your experience’! What if you didn’t pay attention to the credit card charges, I don’t respect the attitude , and this kinda of “out of nowhere mistake” .

The restaurant setting was inviting over all with a pretty dining area and good parking but the food and service were just ok. The server was friendly but wasn’t around for most of the meal and didn’t bother to check in. The lavender lemon drop and expresso martinis were tasty but not very strong and the martini glasses were small. The Caesar salad was fresh and the best part of the meal (there was a $2 split plate charge). The lobster tempura appetizer was our second best dinner item. We had the eggplant parm with spaghetti, which tasted of too much nutmeg, and the lasagna bolognese which had more layers of noodles than sauce, meat, and cheese combined. The service was slow and we didn’t bother to look at the desert menu. Love the look of the place but unfortunately the food and service didn’t match it.
