Don’t know what’s up with the vegetarians leaving a review at all. Don’t like what they have then move on. Restaurants have a hard enough time in this valley, so unless it’s absolutely deserved, don’t leave one star reviews. This isn’t the city. These are your neighbors taking risks to start a business in a very volatile place. Those people will slowly ruin this valley if they keep it up! The food was pretty good! The service was quick and done with a smile. Can’t ask for much more than that. I only had a torta and tacos.. my only gripe is the cabbage instead of lettuce didn’t do it for me. Amazing and authentic taco truck in Edwards. We regularly stop by on busy evenings for dinner when we don’t feel like cooking. Prices are reasonable, the staff is always friendly, there is abundant fixings’ and it is pretty fast. We love the quesabirria and carnitas. Great tacos, great price, great ingredients, Taken local youth here for work a few times and they also love the authentic taste and lota of options! Atmosphere next to the park is a great addition!
