This is the 3rd bad experience we've had here, but I know everyone has an off day so we tried again and again. We won't be back after today - we chased our lunch order after waiting 30 minutes to be told that our order got 'lost' in their till system. I understand tech issues are a pain, but the explanation was "sometimes that happens"... No apology.
Then, when our order arrived, it was still missing a sandwich. A bag of 3 cookies had been left on our tray, I'm guessing as an apology, but still no one had said anything.
When our last sandwich finally showed up, the lady tossed a "sorry" our way.
Avoid unless you have a thing for bad service!
