I sat at the bar and Brianna was both my bartender and the person serving my food. Not only did she have a wonderful personality and a great smile but she was also friendly and the service was quick. The soup was broccoli cheddar and it was amazing. The last time I was in was years and years ago when you guys still serve dinner, so it was nice to come back in and have wonderful service. There is often a wait for breakfast on the weekends and it is always worth it! The staff is some of the friendliest, most helpful wait staff ever. The food is always delicious, there's not been a bad choice that I've made yet and I've tried a lot! Their jalapeno poppers are unlike anywhere else and out is this world! Disclaimer: they're hot! Nice place! We usually come for breakfast, but they have a nice lunch menu and a special menu for those who order from their casino lounge. Friendly staff and tasty food keeps the place fairly full, so you can expect a short wait during the busiest of times. We had a GameDay breakfast here before the Northern Colorado game. Despite being extremely busy we were seated relatively quickly. The patrons were in party mode as we were all getting ready for the football game. You know it's a great restaurant when the menu is so good that it's hard to decide. Our waitress was very good. She checked on us often and was friendly and smiled doing her job. This is so refreshing these days. And the food was terrific. Great experience! I've wanted to check out the Laughing Grizzly for a few years, unfortunately I was always too late in the day. I went today and I am so happy I finally was able to eat here!!! Emmy, our server was friendly. The food was really good. I had to try the Pop it's, they were amazing!!! I love spice, these burned so good! It was a buildable heat though, so I'm definitely going to order Fry bread with my poppers from now on! I ordered the chicken strip and claw fries. Both cooked perfectly. The portions were on point for a moderately hungry person. The casino was clean and the games were good too. Crystal was friendly too. This was seriously one of the best restaurant experiences I've had in the last few years! Really a great lunch. I gave atmosphere only 4 stars was the seating seemed a little close for my comfort. The decor and signage is fun and welcoming the lighting is great. There is and outside eating space also. Amazing service and fantastic food. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with crispy eggwash fries and a side of ranch. The wife had the chicken strip and claw fries, which were a fun curly potato wedge with the ranch side. My burger was cooked exactly how asked. And her chicken was perfect and hot. Delicious home-made taste for both meals. But the first round appetizer of jalapeño poppers were decadent, and I wish we had more right now. The peppers hand this mix of sweet and heat. The staff and place are great but food is just ok. Home style cut potatoes tasted more like boiled potatoes cut up with no seasoning, chicken fried steak was decent, sausage gravy had no visible signs of sausage. French toast was exceptional! Huckleberry and walnuts were a great addition but a bit expensive. Overall cost was high for lower than expected quality. Drinks were acceptable.
