Terrible delivery service! I ordered at 17.50 a Chickenburger and a Pizza Margherita. It arrived at 19.30(!) and I had the pleasure to pay 32€ (!!). But not enough, the pizza was burnt and pretty much not edible. Oh yeah and, no surprise, burger, pizza and fries were cold. And to top all of this, I checked the new delivery menu card and all the prices went up. Last time I ordered. Food ok but when you order for a delivery they have the nerve to ask you at your doorstep to pay a supplement of 3€ (probably because of the rise in gasprices) They did not say anything when we made the order on the phone. When we called them back to ask them why they didn’t even informed us before on the phone that there’s an additional 3€, the waitress said she simply forgot it. No excuses nothing. Disappointed

Unfortunately we had no positive experience in this restaurant. When we arrived we had to wait 30 minutes until we were offered something to drink and we also had to wait for the food order. When we finally got our main course we were told that the kitchen was closed and that there would be no dessert. A cheeky thing, since we arrived punctually at 20h. The pizza dough was very thin and hard, so it broke when we cut it up and the hamburger patties were overcooked. The staff seemed relatively clumsy (maybe they were students) and the cashier was very unfriendly when we wanted to pay and didn't give a tip. The only ray of hope were the gin cocktails and the hip atmosphere on the terrace, therefore 2 stars.
