We had Bison burgers, fries and the Mac & cheese. Zero regrets. Buffalo Bill had good sauce, and awesome bacon. The Hayden had fresh jalapeños, excellent flavor. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. And I’d eat that Mac & cheese every day if I could. Service was excellent start to finish. First time customer here. Just loved the idea of a butcher shop and a lovely place to eat! Had a hankering for a burger and this place did NOT disapoint! Great, friendly staff, esp butcher was very helpful explaining what was available to purchase fresh or frozen. There is a LOCAL DISCOUNT so be sure to ask for that on fresh/frozen meat. (Not for cooked menu items) I would post a pic but we were so hungry that we tore into our food and enjoyed every bite. Go get your own and you can see for yourself. Nice selection of wine, too. Dang! We drove from Custer SD to have an Elk Burger on the 26th. Arrived at 6 pm, and you were CLOSED...Arrrgh! It would be super appreciated if your hours on Google Maps matched your actual hours. Sorry for the one-star review - we were really looking forward to enjoying the deck and a burger and a beverage with our two canine friends after a long drive.
