I ordered a birthday cake for my toddler. It was lovely and tasty. And my toddler has a dairy allergy and the owner was able to adjust, which is perfect. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from Leona's Bakeshop. Will order from here again.

I have ordered from Leona's Bakeshop twice now, and all I have to say is NO other bakery will go above and beyond for their clients like this one does. We ordered a large quantity of cookies for my office for Valentine's Day, and they were gone within a couple hours! My second order was for my friend's birthday party - I set up an "afternoon tea" that would NOT have been complete without these tea-themed cupcakes + cookies!!! Other than being completely adorable, and outrageously DELICIOUS, Alex went out of his way to delivery the desserts to my location on both occasions, and stuck around to be sure the setup was perfect. The customer service, alone, is worth continuing to use Leona's...but the 100% from scratch recipes and beautiful artistic designs don't hurt, either ;)

I ordered 3 dozen strawberry cupcakes and a smash cake for my daughter’s birthday. I asked only about 5 days in advance but Alex was very kind and willing to help me with what I needed! He even offered to design the cupcakes but I had already bought some toppers. The cupcakes were delicious and went fast. My daughter tore up her cake 😅Big bonus was he delivered!

All of my experiences with Alex’s work have been amazing, but this one was truly unforgettable! The opportunities for customization are endless. He puts creativity and care into everything he makes. The cake inside (mint chocolate chip + chocolate icing) is as delicious as it is beautiful on the outside. Leona’s is my first choice for any special occasion!

I have placed several orders with this local bake shop. Everything has been super cute and so delicious. They were very accommodating with my special pandemic request to have each scone and crinkle individually wrapped! The decorated cookies I got for Halloween were top notch. I am a devoted regular customer now!

I ordered Thanksgiving tasting boxes for my son’s teachers and my neighbors. Leona’s Bakeshop was SO easy to work with, answered my questions, had great communication, delivered on time and the best part? EVERYTHING was delicious! The scones, cookies and blueberry buckle were just the highlights. Thank you for making my gift-giving, worry and hassle-free! I can’t wait to order again and again!

I've been ordering from this new bakery since first being absolutely amazed by their pecan pie on Thanksgiving. I got hooked and have been ordering a variety of different cookies since, each time thinking I'd found my new favorite one. Recently we had a guest who needed a gluten free & vegan option, and although I have no such dietary restrictions, I ended up scarfing down the few survivors the next day. 10/10 would recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth for baked goods.

Leona’s Bakeshop is absolutely fabulous! Alex uses his grandmother’s incredible recipes and makes the most amazing cookies - especially the key lime crinkles, pumpkin snickerdoodles and cranberry oatmeal. Honestly, all the flavors are truly yummy! The carrot cake is delish too. Alex is so personable, kind hearted and definitely a local baker we should all support.

Leona’s has some of the most unique and delicious treats you will find in Houston! All homemade from the cook’s home, you can taste how each treat is made from scratch in the kitchen. Leona’s gives back to the community by donating portions of proceeds to different charities or groups as well. You will NOT be disappointed if you let some Leona’s delicious sweets into your home
