Placed an order on their online page for delivery. When delivered I was missing my soda. so I called the text number of the delivery person. He told me that It wasn't his fault to call the store, that they didn't give it to him. So I called the store and the guy was so rude. He was speaking over me and told me that it wasn't his fault. To call the company that delivered it to me and to tell them. Remind you that I never went through a third party. I told him how isnt it not your fault if I ordered directly from their page. He said if I wanted to handle it the good way or bad, I asked for his name, he said for what , I asked again he said his name was nobody. I asked to speak to manager on site he said he was the manager. Hung up on me. So gross... They don't wear gloves, they handle food after wiping their hands on pants and touching the counters and phones. Was not happy with my experience there Rosie can not hand you money back from change through receipt on counter. Ordered 2 new Pretzel pizzas and Rosie put so much salt it's supposed to be on crust only she put it all over the pizzas will never go back!
