LongHorn Steakhouse is pretty near Crockett Tavern Museum. It's a pleasant experience to eat good ribeye, chicken parmesan and strawberry salads. Delicious beer is served at this bbq. A lot of visitors order great ice tea, lemonade or coffee. Invite your girlfriend to LongHorn Steakhouse with a romantic atmosphere. The staff is said to be gracious here. The cool service is a great advantage of this place. Here you will pay average prices. There is beautiful decor at this spot. This bbq is ranked 4.2 within the Google grading system.

I don't know if they had the D team in today or what, but it took 40 minutes after placing our order to receive it despite the building only being at 2/3 capacity. And when we did receive our food, it was nearly inedible due to the sheer amount of salt on it. I hope Longhorn's other menu items actually incorporate fresh herbs and other flavors into them and I hope this was just an off day. Regardless, we don't plan on coming back any time soon. We had very poor service during this visit. We had to get a manager involved due to the excessive wait time, inability and attitude of our server to provide even average service. One of our party received their meal at least 15-20 minutes before the other meals were served (lunch salads/soups!) It took over an hour to get our meals. Allthough the manager discounted our order 25% and provided a 10.00 voucher we used towards our meal which we appreciated, our lunch with an out of state friend visiting with us was ruined. I doubt my husband and I who are locals will be back for a very, LONG time. Many other restaurant options in Morristown!! Hey Longhorn Steakhouse, you missed out on our money by having a hostess who refused to seat us in a booth even though many were available. We ditched your joint and went to Romas 3 instead and had a great meal! We won’t be back here again. Service: 2

This was our first time at this location and it will be our last. The place was dirty with food and trash all over the floor under and around our table. The service was slow and bad. We had to ask Multiple times to get anything including silver wear. Once the food came, our appetizer after it meal, the steak had so much pepper on it that it was not edible. This was on a Saturday night at 7pm. It was for a birthday celebration dinner, the check was over $200.00 after the tip for four people and it was not worth $10.00. Me and my daughter went out for a quick dinner. It was 💯 awesome. Everything was devious, cooked perfectly and the service was great! We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks again Longhorn for an amazing evening. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
