The adult beverages are great! Food was very good. Staff was good as well. We enjoyed some mother/ daughter time there and it was a good experience. I would go again and recommend. We ate street tacos and border fajitas. There was plenty to eat and some to spare for another day. Stuffs were friendly but the lady who was always there to attend any need, doesn’t know English 😐 Atmosphere was good and ambient, I must say. We ordered fajitas, tacos & drink. All the items tasted good and we love their free starter (Salsa & chips). Overall we enjoyed the dinner. N.B: they should clean the the table before new customers take that table. Great meal! We had the Margarita flight, 5 different flavors of Margaritas, and they were great. We had the Queso Fundido and it was outstanding. I had the Burrito with Chorizo for dinner, and it was excellent. Service was really good and we sat on the patio on a great evening. Just a really good meal. While the management was excellent overall, and all of the employees were courteous and attentive (including one that opened the door for us and said 'Welcome to Los Agaves"), this was an unjustifiably expensive experience for the quality of the food. For two adults, two meals with no additional drink charges and a small queso at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday cost $47 including a $6 tip. One of us also ordered an enchilada and a tamale with carnitas, which was an additional charge of approximately $5 (the receipt was not itemized). The plates were indeed hot, but the food was inconsistently heated. Perhaps it was microwaved? We suspect the seafood enchiladas were a lunch portion, but we were charged for a dinner. Love the food! The lunch chicken fajitas are good. The chicken is seasoned perfectly! What could be better? I'm not a fan of the cooked tomatoes in the fajitas, but I can pick over them. The onions and peppers could be a more consistent cut (eliminating those larger chunks). As far as the restaurant itself, they have nice tables and you can usually find good seating inside or outside on a nice day. It would be nice if they could clean the tables where people have left already, and their leftovers are just sitting there. Overall, a good place to get a taste of some good food. Clean, great customer service. Food can use a bit more seasoning. I would recommend for your Tex mex type of food. My SIL held a birthday luncheon here this past weekend. The hospitality and food were incredible. The staff was warm and friendly, and kept us supplied with chips, salsa and drinks. Friendly and fast service with great food. Fajitas and a basic margarita came to ~$21 for one person, which was reasonable for the portion size and quality. Free chips and salsa for the table to start; the chips were not very salty and the salsa was mild. Presentation of both drinks and food was excellent. I was impressed by how quickly the drinks came after ordering. Flavors were great, and the corn tortillas were sturdy.
