I eat at the Derby location quite frequently, so I figured I'd be in for the same experience at this location, I was extremely wrong. Was very good flavor but they were a little heavy on the onions and peppers to meat ratio. I also like my onions and peppers cooked more than my meat. Was not bad just not my favorite. We use to love coming here, however this is the first time we had been back in about 8 months- food not seasoned- tostada was mushy gross. They put it on top of papas con queso- burrito said nothing about red sauce which I can not have. I said something to the waiter about that part only and he just looked at me. The staff were extremely happy and helpful. I come to this area several times a year from Dallas to visit family. The food here was tasty, hot(temp) and spicy enough for this Texan. I got the sampler plate and it was twice as much as I could eat. My grandson(teen) barely finished his chimichanga. We will be back and with a larger group. I had a fried beef taco with rice and refried beans. The taco's were so thin I picked 1st one uptown having it crumble in my lap so I finished eating what was left with a fork. Picked up 2nd taco knowing it to would fall apart and it did. Not a bit pleased with how thin they were as I have been here several times and they were not so thin. Otherwise beans and rice and server were all great. Lady I was with had a fish taco and she was ok with it but did say she would not order it again.
