The molcajete looks like Purina dog chow, nasty. The carne asada is stringy, tough and chewy. The menudo is OK but it’s oily. The rice and refried beans were the only things very good in taste. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes Burrito

Really bummed to have to give Los Cuates a one star review but this is unacceptable. Ordered a Chicharrón super burrito and the pile of fat/grizzle in the photo was the only "meat" in the entire burrito. The part that looks like a chunk of a gut was found in the carnitas tacos. All of it was chewy like gum and inedible and not to mention not what was ordered! This place used to be consistent and great but ever since the new ownership its a gamble every time. We’ve given them multiple tries since, but unfortunately this was the last straw. If you're out of meat, then just cancel the order, don't just replace it with fat and grizzle. Absolutely disgusting and disingenuous to their customers with this level of service. I’d love to say that we’d give them another shot, but this has happened too many times as of late. Really bummed to see what was a staple of a restaurant in this town go downhill so fast. Not to mention, the restaurant smelled like urine when I went inside to pick-up the order.
