Friendly staff, atmosphere felt authentic and food seemed like it was hand made (not from a Coco truck or the like) but the meat in the chicken Fajitas, and Nacos were not seasoned at all. The quesadillas and flautas were great though. All in all not a bad experience. Maybe they just missed the 2 dishes we had as this didn't feel like the kind of restaurant that would plate bland plain meat with peppers and onions and call the Fajitas. We discovered this place recently, everything was on point better than other Mexican places we have been going. They serve very generous food and drinks quantity. When I am in the area I try to stop at Los dos compadres. It's one of the most authentic Mexican Restaurants I've tried. Food is fresh and Affordable. I always order the Mahi tacos with a side of refried beans , it's made perfectly( both ) The prices for the tacos are Good and they don't cut corners like most do When they offer good price! I see this restaurant puts a lot of effort in offering good quality food! Also the best Mojitos ( very fresh) I've tried all over East and North Florida. Will keep going back.
