Previous visits have gone well. Unfortunately, Sunday did not. Our family group is usually eight and we’re accustomed to waiting for all the food to be prepared and delivered together. Perhaps sitting at the large table upstairs posed a problem for our server. He would bring a couple of drinks then run back downstairs. We wouldn’t see him for long periods. All eight meals were delivered luke warm. Drinks were rarely refilled and only if you were quick enough to flag down the server before he ran back downstairs. Consensus was he must’ve had a friend he wanted to visit with instead of serving patrons. Glad they didn’t automatically add tip because he didn’t earn it. I tipped, but not my usual 20% for the group. We had reservations at 11 so I’m sure management can determine who “wasn’t” working. I would give no stars if possible, my boyfriend and I went to eat here this previous Sunday night (2/25) and it was not busy at all yet the service was AWFUL. There's no reason for service to be this bad and slow when there was maybe 5 or so tables occupied. Took forever for us to get our drinks, appetizer and food and the whole time we were there, all the employees were hiding out in the kitchen ON THEIR PHONES or VISITING WITH EACHOTHER when they should be ATTENDING PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT WHETHER INSIDE OR OUT.
