Order C2 C3 C4 for family. And it smelled good on the way home. Upon opening it. The salad was just old chopped lettuce nothing else. And the food was obviously cooked hours ago and left warm. Terrible flavor. Top ramen is better. Management needs to step it up because this place will be out of business soon if not. If they're still open after another year with this service. They're probably making money other ways to stay open. Because it's not the food. I don't think all 3 orders with everything takes less than 5 mines to make. Very gross. This was the first time I went to this restaurant. If I could give it a zero I would. The counter personnel were totally unprofessional, , couldn't keep they're hands off each other, holding hands, and very flirty with each other. The girl was being "trained". The food was nasty. Ordered general Tao chicken with steamed veggies. Chicken was dry and tasted old. On top of which I was overcharged by 1.50, probably because of the distraction. Told them to keep it. Disgusting. Ordered yakisoba and it was horrible, noodles tasted like over cooked slimy spaghetti noodles with a slight teriyaki flavoring. Yakisoba is supposed to be a fried noodle, seems these were boiled. They just recently got a 69 on their inspection. That is failing. The food has become deplorable (used to be great). They overcharged us by $12. My wife took all the food back, and then they only refunded half the money. Currently waiting to speak to the owner. The staff is inept, rude, and lied right to my face. The food is disgusting. I am thinking of picketing their business to share with others how disgusting this place had become on my next days off. Please don't spend your money here. It’s hard to mess up teriyaki, somehow this particular dish wasn’t all that great. Had a few bones in the meat. I’m sure it was a one off. The guy taking the order probably just having a rough day he was a little brash and like he didn’t want to be there. I’ve been there in my daily work so again probably just an off day for him. Pretty Good! Clean restuarant. Customer service is good. The food is great. Though the salad has been made completely different then past visits. Way better now. Cream cheese crab puffs are awesome. Oh FYI the difference between the teriyaki chicken entree and the teriyaki chicken bowl is supposedly the portion size of the bowl is smaller and cheaper in price. Honestly I really did not notice much of a different in size. Also they have a drive through for pick if you want to call ahead with your order.

quality is good. Friendly staff. Pricing is a little high, but great if your use the daily specials. Wait can be quite long.
