North Museum of Nature and Science is a great attraction for tourists who come to eat at this pizzeria after long walks. Italian cuisine is to visitors' taste at Luca. Nicely cooked wood fired pizzas, beef carpaccio and prosciutto are the best dishes. Come to this place to try good doughnuts, gelato and chocolate cakes. This place is famous for delicious chardonnay, Spritz or coffee martini. Some guests like great espresso, cappuccino or americano at this spot. Visit this pizzeria to celebrate an anniversary, wedding, or a birthday party in a beautiful interior. The hospitable staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Prices are found fair here. When inside, the atmosphere is quiet. As for the Google rating, Luca got 4.6.

My favorite restaurant in Lancaster. I dine here a few times a month and love it. They specialize in seasonal wood fired cooking. Everything is always fresh and the menu rotates regularly. Reservations are not easy as this is a very popular restaurant. You can try to walk in or call ahead and may be able to get bar seating. They no longer serve pizza here as they opened a sister restaurant LUCA Pizza, but the pizza is not the same as it was. Nathan and his team are very talented chefs. Wonderful for a date night or special occasion. The food is immaculate. Never had a bad dish. I’ve ordered some things I normally wouldn’t like beef cheeks and it’s amazing. All time favorite dish is the gnocchi. They change the menu every 3 months or so and I’ve never had a bad variation. Top tier restaurant and always look forward to the experience. A fantastic Italian restaurant in the heart of Lancaster is a top-3 culinary experience in the area. The service is always fantastic and the ambiance is always great. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but a must is housemade focaccia bread. It’s topped with olive oil and a beautiful crunch. My last time here, I ordered the rabbit cappelletti, which was outstanding. It was a rabbit-stuffed pasta with butter-braised cabbage and parsnip purée. The dish was a little small but the pasta was amazing and paired nicely with the purée and the braising jus. The veal cheek was also so tender that you could cut it with a spoon. Had the most incredible service and meal last night! Excellent cocktails, the Gnocchi alla Nonna were like clouds of the softest dough with a fresh sauce rich with basil and the best tang. The Wild Boar Lasagna had tender fresh pasta, juicy meat and an almost truffle-like taste? Delicious. The Veal Cheeks were so tender you could “cut” them with a spoon. My one critique would be that the potato purée under the veal needed salt. Our server had a large party plus others but we never felt neglected. A++ also affogado forever!!!! I think I try every Italian restaurant I know is good, no matter how far or near the city…I went to an Italian bar in Lancaster yesterday and was recommended to me by a friend there. 🍽️Slow cooked veal is very special, the meat is very soft and delicious... If your teeth are not strong enough or you like to eat easy-to-digest food... it is recommended to try this veal… 🍽️ Slow roasted spiced pork shoulder, the taste is suitable for both taste and heat.🍨 Dessert was AFFOGATO which was wonderful, hot coffee mixed with ice cream. I feel that LUCA has special features, no matter the wine or food, we will come back to try different food... Very poor service. It was the birthday of my boyfriend and they had us pay 26$ fee for bringing a birthday cake. This is plain crazy . If they had birthday cakes then it should be fine . But they did not have any. Is it expected for us to accommodate their lack of birthday cakes ? With paying a fee ? Service was long . Food was mediocre . The vegetables plates written in some fancy Latin in the menu were just fried vegetables with Asian sauce The chicken was average The veel was really good and tender
