Customer service is terrible not to busy but was not willing to take order. Didn’t order because of the rude workers. That only stared at me. Absolutely disgusting !We been going here for 40 plus years but never again!! The last time we ordered (takeout)subs had to throw them away so we decided to give them another chance (dine in) ordered subs and cheese burger and the subs were ok but still don’t want them again the cheese burger was so bad you would gag tried to talk to the owner and he had the nerve to bring out a raw hb patty and said there was nothing wrong with the meat So I said well u eat it (of course he refused with cameras everywhere u can clearly see we cut it with a knife for my 4 yr old granddaughter) and I asked to order something in its place and was told I would have to ask my waiter to order it Very unprofessional and gross Really who brings out uncooked ,raw hamburger patty Gross🤮 So my granddaughter’s lunch was ruined and they didn’t even care. I've only been there once, so maybe I arrived on a bad day. The place was extremely busy when I was there. That makes me think it is normally much better. The place looks like it was picked out of the 1980's or so. That by itself isn't good or bad. The service was pretty much non-existent. I was about to give up by the time I was able to place my order. I ordered a steak sub to go which over the years has been a safe thing to order. I can't remember ever getting one quite so bad. The sub was dry, the bread was tough, and there wasn't much flavor at all. Not much steak or cheese either and absolutely nothing else on the sub. I can't see how a place can be that busy serving food like that. I'm guessing that they were too busy. I'm not planning on giving them another try. Went here for a meeting about possible promotion. I ordered the manicotti. It was delicious. They kept our drinks filled. Place was a little busy, but they kept things flowing pretty well. I would definitely come back to eat here. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Called Lugoff’s House of Pizza & Subs in a panic the night before the service of a beloved family member. We were in need of a special order for an after service gathering. We are so grateful for the wonderful subs they provided. As you can see, the family is hard at working trying to demolish all of them! Our thanks to the team for making these amazing subs! The people are nice enough but look at this chicken 6 wings 9 dollars with tax. They are honestly hard and dry I wouldn't even know how to cook a wing this terribly. But fine it's an Italian restaurant so maybe that's not their thing except this ravioli (meat filled they say) clearly came from the frozen section and has very little filling. Last and worst of all is this salad. How you get salad wrong. This is a 12 dollar salad. Wilted shredded lettuce a slice of tomato cut in two and one cucumber cut in two. My meal was over thirty dollars. Save your money. Go to the frozen food section at food lion its much more how u say(?) Edible!!! Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

This place is THE BEST PIZZA in Lugoff. Our waitress Sierra made sure we were well taken care of and was awesome serving us. The pizza was so delicious and flavorful. The garlic cheesy bread was so good I wanted more. The desserts look home made and everything you get is worth every dime you spend. This is even better than Florida pizza. If you want great food and service, come here.
