I received a box which was missing the tea I had ordered but had a tea I didn't order. I read some of the reviews and was concerned it would not be rectified. I sent an email and I received a response from Lindsey in less than 10 minutes. She apologized and said she had created a new order. It has been less than a week, my missing tea arrived today. I offered to pay for the tea I received and was told to keep it as a thank you.
The customer service is amazing. I can't say enough about the tea, the quality and flavor is exquisite. I am a huge fan.

Magic Hour teas have become fixed part of my day. I have enjoyed each one I have tried so far. For Mornings; The Matcha, Bohemian Breakfast, Queen of the South/& Harvest, they are each wonderful! Now, for evenings, I Love "my sleepy time teas" the Topaz and the Child's Pose. And for anytime, hot or cold, you can't beat Ruby Moon it's wonderful taste, fragrance & color are simply pure joy.

Magic Hour Ceremonial Teas are delightful!
I am especially fond of the herbal blends.
They have a soothing and balanced taste.
And the potential health benefits truly make the teas a magical-drinking experience.
My nightly tea-rituals are a non-negotiable thanks to the beautiful teas I receive each month as a monthly-subscriber.
I’m currently sipping and enjoying ‘Hibiscus Holiday’. I highly recommend it!

The tea is amazing but, you better hope you don't need customer service.
I had a premium tea subscription with the violet jars. I've received several jars and never had an issue.
This month, November 2023, I received my tea jar and it won't open. Yes I cut the sticker, and usually once you do that it opens easily.
This jar is closed so tight when my husband tried to open it the glass lid broke.
We still can't get to the tea and now if we still try, we are going to cut our hands.
I have attempted to email 3 emails given by Magic Hour, no response and it's been a week. I've called the customer service numbers and they aren't active.
I am cancelling my subscription.
****Update*****
After the original review, customer support got back to me and sent me a new jar of tea.
The teas are very yummy and good quality. I may order again but I did cancel my subscription since getting to customer service is so hard.
I hope this is a side of the business they choose to improve

I have loved every tea I have tried so far. The tea itself is beautiful and very high quality, and the blends are unique and tasty. I can not say enough good things about my customer service experience with a shipping issue - Lindsey stayed engaged over several weeks until everything was resolved. I highly recommend.

I was waiting until January 1st to start drinking the Bohemian Breakfast tea. Unfortunately, I had covid and everything was tasting bitter. I decided I was going to try it anyway and it was fantastic. The taste was really magical, just sweet enough and so flavorful. I absolutely recommend it. It was the only thing I had in a week that tasted great. I cannot wait to try the others!

I love the vessels in comes in, the customer service is excellent. I've never had the opportunity to explore such a rich variety. Up until now, I was not a Green Tea drinker , but found I love every one I've tried.. My initial dive into this richness was The Blue Pine Apple bubble tea ( still my fav). I've enjoyed them , hot & iced.. I'm definitely a consumer for life. This now being my only source of Tea... Thank YOU

The teas are absolutely amazing. Store bought tea doesn't compare. Of the 6 I have tried so far they all have been so special each in its own way , the flavor notes are on point and powerful. I'm truly grateful for this store as I've had a hard time finding tea that i enjoyed since Teavana closed down. And Teavana while their blends were good they don't even come close to Magic Hour. Also the glass jars are beautiful and such a pleasing aesthetic to the kitchen. The jars are reusable so all you have to do is reorder a refill. So happy to have found this site.
