Chef Qui Musarra is one of the finest chefs in central PA. There isn't a dish I wouldn't recommend, but if I had to give recognition to one dish I would tell you that "Il Toscano" (the Tuscan Rib-eye) should be on your must have list. We went here to try a new place. The restaurant is on a street with no parking. You have to find street parking which can be difficult at times. We went in, and since we had reservations, we were immediately taken upstairs. Our table was overlooking the bar, which was nice, although the table was small. We made do. Joel was a great server. He answered all of our questions and was very helpful with the menu. The food was delicious, although pricey for the portions. My husband ordered a pasta dish from the specials menu. Truffles are expensive, we know that. The pasta serving could have been more..... pasta is inexpensive, we also know that. For $56 the portion was tiny. I had a little taste. I was afraid the taste more for the fact that the portion was so tiny. Their iberico ham is what drew my husband to this restaurant. The tomato pie was amazing in taste, however, we thought the iberico could have been sliced thinner. Similar to shaved ham. The texture would have been a little better. The taste was amazing. We loved the veal and mortadella meatballs. I also loved the Ahi Tuna for dinner. Everything was so tasty. Just be ready for a hefty bill and not be full. The menu is creative and unique, and everything is delicious. The atmosphere feels like you are at a big family dinner. The "Il Toscano" rib eye will ruin you for any other steak… ever!
