Cute coffee shop with specialty lattes and other espresso-based drinks as well as pour overs, which we appreciate. It's run by a husband-wife duo, and the service was friendly and efficient.
We ordered the London Fog Latte hot and the coconut latte, which by default comes iced. We wished they'd serve it hot, but they don't. Both drinks were good, though I think the coconut latte could have used extra coconut syrup.
There are ample tables and chairs to lounge, study, and/work. Free parking available on-site as this is part of a small shopping center.

Literally the best pour overs and lattes I've ever had!! And my lil sis raved about how the Mocha changed her life for a good half hour. The vibes are awesome and the art jamming area is so cool! This is for sure my new go to coffee spot in DB (in all of SoCal honestly). Excited to see how this place grows! SO thankful that it's so close to home.
UPDATE: It's been almost a year and I can't imagine this city without Margin. Their drinks are still the best and the owners are the kindest people ever ❤️

They sell freshly baked pastries daily and their coffee is really good! Their special lattes are not overly sweet like other places, and I love the flavor profile of their beans! Ask for a Cortado / flat white and they can make it too (although it’s not on the menu) . They make their cakes and desserts fresh too! Like Asian style cake texture, it’s fluffy and soft but not overly sweet too! They serve matcha tiramisu on Friday and Saturdays, that’s my favorite dessert!
