Expected Coney Island atmosphere and menu, with seat yourself booths and tables, quick service and food turnaround. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, not too salty like some diners. The food is good at this location BUT the customer service SUCKS... every interaction I've had at this particular location (State st) has been very dissatisfying.. Everytime I've called to place a pick up order, the lady answering the phone does NOT give her full attention to the person on the phone, she's busy having another conversation with someone in back ground.
