Our server Kristina, knew her job well. She knew the menu and how to sell recommended entrees. Her service was excellent as returned several times to check on our needs. Very disappointed. Got in and were sat and ordered immediately, but waited an hour and our food never came out. Waitress never stopped by our table after bringing us our waters and never acknowledged the wait. We tried to get her attention a few times but she didn’t acknowledge us. Ended up walking out. Will not be back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have not been to Marlins in a couple years because of a staff shake up and service went downhill, however I have been there twice in the last couple weeks and it seems they have really turned things around. Food was great both times, the place was clean, and our waitress Laura was one of the best I have ever had. Seriously she was fantastic. I hope someone in management lets her know she is a valuable asset to the team. I will be asking her next time I see her if management is doing their job. I can say I travel for construction and this place was one of the best places I have been to for a while and marlins and all the staff made it feel like home. Even the manager came out I believe her name was Megan and was checking on all the guests like a great restaurant manager does cause where I’m from they do the same and I also worked for restaurants all my life. When Megan had approached me and my husband she made sure everything was well and made a great conversation I will be back thanks again marlins and all the staff the food was amazing……. My boyfriends food is good. Be great if they cleaned the grill between making a breakfast and dinner meal.. my biscuts and gravy taste like burger grease 🫠
