I have never tasted a very good fries since, only here in Max burger. Super happy that i have to eat with two hands and the hot chicken burger was super tasty. It is close to the naval museum and plenty of space for parking, spacious inside and very clean.

I am starting to think Sweden is not only the best at flat pack furniture, but lunch burgers too. Another great fast food experience. Not quite as fast as the other Max's I have been too, but the burger was excellent. Tried a different plant based one today and it was yummy. Parking was fine. This is an older restaurant I guess as it shows a little wear and tear, but clean and pleasant none the less. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch

Always a welcome late meal when we travel. The food is good!! Better than a certain competitor!! You can choose between drive in or ordering on screens in the restaurant. Pretty quick service, all in all very nice!!

MAX hamburger is a swedish restaurant which says a lot :). It's decent for the price but don't expect a luxury meal. If you haven't been here before don't be afraid to try any of the burgers because it's not far from other fast food restaurant, many people would even prefer this over other international chains. They have a selection of vegan and vegetarian meals, and even touch screens you can order from if that's what you prefer. Comparing this to a regular restaurant isn't really fair since the appeal is the speed of delivery, as it is this restaurant is barely a 4 star because of the cold and impersonal interior and the plain food quality. Just a good fast food restaurant, not more.

Love the fact that they offer co2-neutral food and show the world, that it is possible to consume, but still not causing co2 emissions. The burgers taste awesome. Even that's worth 5 stars. Still, they could improve in things of avoiding plastic.

Max is a solid choice for fast food style burgers. They have a varied menu with lots of vegetarian options. Quality is generally high and the service is really fast. I also happen to like the fries, thinner and straight, so that is a plus. Nice selection of milkshakes as well. Coffee is good as well, even if I'd say McDonald's is better if that is all you are after.

The Swedish version of fastfood chains like McDonald or Burger King. However, the meat here is considered better (and personally I think taste better) and they have some eco minded policies. They offer also vegiterian meals and even vegan which is quite tasty. Additionally their salad oprions are good. Very child friendly. Give you the possibility to order according to your child needs (ellergies) as well as offer your child carrot and apple instead of chips and fatty desert. You can also adjust your own meals according to your dietary needs. Their value for money is good. Their chips is nice and crunchy. The restaurant in Karlskrona is located in an industrial area with easy connection to the E22 main road which makes it a comfortable stop on the way north. The restaurant is abit small so it was quite full when we were there at lunch time. But we found a place to sit.

Had to wait a while when ordering with the express option. Food was sub par. The cups were leaking and it seemed like everyone else's did too. The ketchup pump was broken. And the staff seem to be more focused on chatting in the reception than cooking or cleaning the place. Would choose burger king anytime over this place.

Nice place for late night munchies :) It is the best franchise in Sweden when it comes to burgers. I ate better burgers in Swedish restaurants but in franchise category, you cannot go wrong with MAX burgers :) It is long ride from Karlskrona center though.
