We could taste the roasting in the free salsa! This food was authentic to infinity. The fajita sauce was so good my wife ate it with a spoon. The staff were friendly and kept bringing us more stuff. We could not love Tigard Mazatlan more! They are awesome! Best salsa! Every item we have tried has been delicious, with generous portions provided. The staff is very friendly and attentive, always making us feel welcome. The atmosphere is pleasant but not too fancy. Great restaurant to feel comfortable and enjoy a wonderful meal.
