Not a bad place, much like most MDs except when the deluxe burgers are €4,25, probably the cheapest decent sized burgers on the menu, still a bit expensive though.

First McDonald's in Hoogezand. It's a well lit place with a spacious setup. Otherwise exactly what you may expect from a McD. Always good for a quick bite when traveling. Has gotten exceedingly pricey in the past year though.
Frites you will receive half a portion. To much tomato saus on the hamburger and cheeseburger.

Tonight we were at this unique mc Donald. What makes this McDonald's a special place?
We were served by an extremely nice and pretty girl who made a great impression on me. A very pretty blonde with braided hair, she was smiling and very kind. The chocolate chip cookie she gave me, I could eat with pleasure while glancing at her kind face. 😘

One star improvement over the last 20 years. They earned it, for finally including vegan options.
With respect to the environment, there is a lot of waste per meal, nothing is reusable.
The food also could have been better, because I was still hungry after eating my €5 veggie burger. Compared to Subway, McDonald's is more expensive and fills less.
Also, I was worried about the employees because from their perspective this must be an emotional slaughter house. Customers are numbers, who order through the computer, pay at the computer, and sit somewhere, and only interact with each other. No personal contact what so ever. I hope they get a good salary, but that's typically not what you get if you work for such a huge multinational company.

Nope! We saw teenage boys fight in front of the entrance for several minutes and nobody came out to break up the fight/call the police. How can you let this go on the premises? The food from the drive thru was okay, but I don't know how anyone feels safe going inside the building when there is a fight going on outside.

Very clean and tidy place. Service is great and the lady supervisor there working at night is so friendly and hard working. Bravo to her!
