The staff seem rather inexperienced. By that I mean mainly when it comes to customer service and making sure customers are satisfied. For quite a few times I have ordered a McVegan, always plain with salad, ketchup and cheese. Then one day I am told putting cheese on isn't possible, I ask why not, I've had it plenty of times before at that exact mcdonalds but I just get told its not possible, why? you have cheese, and I told them I was more than willing to pay extra. The guy I was talking to seemed new so he muted and went to go get another guy who seems to have worked there longer but had even less of a regard for my satisfaction. I've never been to a place where they wouldn't allow cheese on a burger just because its not part of that exact menu base. I also ordered an extra fries on the side of a menu for my sister but didn't receive that so I had run back inside to ask for a fries. Not the first time my order has been messed up, one time I got a whole other menu than what I ordered, atleast that time the staff were nice and gave me a free soda as an apology for making me wait for what I actually ordered which was much appreciated. Cheese on vegetarian burgers goes a long way, sorry my review seems harsh but come on! We're in Norway, you gotta have cheese as an option! I don't care if I have to pay extra! Normal McDonalds, giving 4 stars because i ate inside and some alarm or something was beeping loud the whole time. But Food tipical McDonalds ,everything ok 😃

Visiting from Texas, we had to visit a Norwegian McDonalds to compare. I had the Kimchi burger, Jalapeni cheddar fries and Maltesers, NONE of which is available at our McDonald's (neither are sweet potato fries by the way :( ). It was all delicious!! Nice juicy flavorful hamburgers, we're very very happy visitors. And the Maltesers..... mm mmmmmm good!! We were lovin' it❤

Used the drive-thru and asked for a Sundae Deluxe Caramel: Staff: Here you have it Me: There's no caramel Staff: Yes there is, it is hidden in the middle After a thorough search, found none, and went back to the drive-thru cue. Me: See, there's no caramel at all Staff, unpolite, grabs and gives new Sundae Me: No apologies? Staff just turns away.

The drive-through is very convenient but it is notoriously bad at delivering everything you order. Our family is regular customers and I guess we get everything we order only 40-50% of the time. There is almost always something missing, anything from the sweet-and-sour dip we ordered extra to entire burgers. Needs to improve alot!!!
